FAQs

Event Basics

    • Matinee Show: 2:00 PM  all-ages, no alcohol service

    • Evening Show: 7:00 PM  adults-only, with full bar service
      Doors open 30 minutes prior to each show.

  • Nope! This is Steamboat, anything goes.
    Some guests go full glam, some show up in themed outfits, and some bring signs to cheer on their favorite Star. Wear whatever makes you feel ready for a fun night.

    • Matinee Show:  all-ages, no alcohol service

    • Evening Show:  adults-only, alcohol service

  • Please don’t throw anything onto the stage at any time.
    Signs and handheld cheering items are totally fine, just keep everything with you and enjoy the show from your seat.

Tickets & Seating

  • This year includes:

    • Matinee show tickets (all ages, no alcohol)

    • Evening show tickets (adults only, alcohol available)

    • All in-person tickets are purchased directly through StringsMusicPavilion.com.

  • Seating is assigned and selected at the time of ticket purchase through the Strings Music Pavilion website.
    Your seats are reserved specifically for you based on the tickets you choose.

  • Yes. Donations of $600 or more include tickets as part of our sponsorship-level benefits.
    These ticket benefits follow the same deadline as sponsor artwork: February 16.

     

    If you’re planning to give at a sponsorship level (or close to it), this is a great way to support CASA and secure your seats for the show.

  • Yes. Strings Music Pavilion is access friendly and operates in compliance with the ADA.
    If you or someone in your party needs accessible seating, just let Strings know when purchasing tickets or call them directly at 970-879-5056.

Donations

  • Every dollar donated in a Star’s name counts towards their grand total. The Star who raises the most money is the Champion

  • Voting stays open well into the evening, closing near the end of the show.

  • Yes. All online donations are handled through Bloomerang, which automatically emails tax receipts.

  • No, votes/donations are final.

Sponsors

  • Final sponsor artwork (logos, ads, and required files) is due by February 16 to be included in printed and digital event materials.
    This deadline applies after you’ve already confirmed your sponsorship.

  • Please submit:

    • Vector logo (.eps, .pdf, or .ai)

    • High-resolution images (300 PPI, minimum 1.5MB)
      Full ad specs are listed on the Become a Sponsor page.

Other Common Questions

  • Yes. A photographer and videographer will be capturing the evening. Guests may appear in event photos or videos used in DWSS promotional materials.

  • Yes!Yes, there is a full service bar with beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase.
